In 1998, Lytle's Transfer & Storage built a new Corporate Headquarters in Tipton, PA. Conveniently located off of I-99, this state-of-the-art facility offers 27,000 square feet of climate controlled palletized storage.

Lytle's staff was directly involved in the design and building of the facility, assuring that it met and exceeded every need of the moving and storage industry. With four loading dock areas and two drive-in doors, there is never any need for employee downtime waiting for access to the facility. A certified truck weigh scale located on the premises offers convenience for drivers and accuracy for customers, assuring that every shipment is weighed properly.

Lytle's Transfer & Storage offers "peace-of-mind" to any customer storing their valued possessions in this facility. Our high-tech security system offers twenty-four hour recorded video surveillance inside and outside the facility. Every door and window is monitored for burglary as well as having motion detectors strategically located throughout the building. Each Lytle's employee possesses an access card allowing entrance to only authorized portions of the building. A sprinkler system offers protection in any event of a fire.

Maintaining a fleet of more than eighty pieces of equipment is no easy task. That is why a five-bay maintenance facility was also built on the premises. This facility can easily handle any type of repair Lytle's has and keep our trucks on the road to serve you better.

Duncan, SC

After the acquisition of Bland Moving & Storage in 1994, Lytle's saw the need to build a new facility in the Spartansburg, SC area to better suit the needs of its corporate customers. A site was chosen in Duncan, SC just off of I-85. This site was perfect, due to the fact that several truckstops were located at this exit and the fact that there was enough acreage to support Lytle's rapid growth.

Lytle's moved into their new 15,000 square foot facility in 1996. This building, offering palletized storage, was specifically designed for the moving and storage industry. In 1999, due to the rapid growth of the company, Lytle's added another 10,000 square feet to the building, bringing the total storage space up to 25,000 square feet.

Not only does this building offer plenty of floor space, it was designed to stack pallets three high, which dramatically increases storage capacity compared to typical buildings. This facility also provides four-loading dock areas and two ground floor drive-in doors for easy access. Assuring every shipment Lytle's handles weighs properly, certified truck weight scales are located nearby.

A high-tech security protection system assures that every customer storing items in this facility can rest easily. Every access door and window is monitored by a burglar system, while the sprinkler system assures quick response to any event of a fire.
